Choose the short or long option and the light or strong stretch.
Activate necksaviour by bending it in half using your hands, trunk or leg.
Lie on your back on a comfortable surface and place the folded necksaviour under your neck with the open end upward.
Fully relax onto necksaviour before releasing your grip.
When in use, one end of necksaviour should be at the upper end of your neck and the other end at the top of your shoulders.
You might find it helpful to make 'micro adjustments' in the positioning of necksaviour by gently rotating and side flexing your head until you feel necksaviour is positioned correctly and comfortably.
Use necksaviour for a maximum of 15-20 minutes in any one session.
